Second purchase for second printer again worked perfectly!
I own two identical Canon PIXMA MG6220 printers. The first one developed a cyan print head problem after 4,600 pages in 2014. This genuine replacement Canon print head solved the problem. My second printer developed a similar problem with the cyan head after 13,650 pages in 2016. Again, this Canon print head solved the problem.

As before, I received an e-mail right away with USPS tracking and the package arrived in a matter of days. Daniel Bartsch at inkjetprinthead.com is a dependable and trustworthy seller. Highly recommended!

Genuine replacement works perfectly!
My Canon PIXMA MG6220 developed a print head problem after 4,600 pages. The nozzle check page indicated the cyan head was not printing the second and third bars evenly. Deep cleaning and changing cartridges did not resolve the issue. I have two identical printers, so swapping the heads proved the problem was with the head and not the printer.

I searched the web and found this to be the only supplier in the USA to carry Canon print heads. Before shelling out the money, I was naturally skeptical, but crossed my fingers and ordered a Canon print head designated for MP990/MP996, which also works for the MG6220.

I received e-mails instantly acknowledging my order and providing USPS tracking. In less than a week the package arrived. The new print head came in a Canon box, sealed and airtight. I swapped the bad head with the new one, replaced the cartridges, and printed a nozzle check page. Perfect!

I am a very happy camper. So for all you skeptics, there is no need to have any doubts about this company and their products. This is the real deal and I highly recommend Character Computing.
